The Baltimore Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying an unknown man they found to be disoriented.

On November 29, 2019 at approximately 10:00 A.M., officers responded to the 2300 block of Greenmount Ave. and found the man, in crisis, standing in the middle of the street.

The officers approached the man who would not speak, and transported him to an area hospital where he is being evaluated. But police still need the public’s help in identifying the man.

Anyone who knows the identity of this individual has been asked to call the Eastern District at (410) 396-2433 or dial 911.
