The White House released a rough transcript (Memorandum of a Telephone Conversation) on Wednesday of a July 25, 2019 phone call between U.S. President Donald J. Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The document and phone call are at the center of Trump’s impeachment inquiries in which the president has been accused of withholding military aid from Ukraine in exchange for an investigation into the son of former vice president and political rival, Joe Biden.
