Johnson was apprehended at the scene by a Baltimore City sheriff’s deputy who turned him over to the state police who transported him to Sinai Hospital for treatment of injuries he sustained during the crashes.
He is being held without bail and will be taken to the Baltimore County Detention Center once he is cleared to leave the hospital.
